Who is responsible
This policy covers the website fee-math.com (“Fee Math”, “we”). For any privacy question or request, contact contact@fee-math.com.
What you type into calculators
All calculations happen in your browser. Prices, costs and other values you enter are not sent to our servers, are not stored by us and are not shared with anyone.
Server logs
Like most websites, our server records technical information about each request to keep the site secure and working and to understand which pages are used:
- IP address, and the approximate country, city and network provider derived from it;
- the page address requested, the time, the response status and how long it took;
- your browser’s user-agent string and the referring page, if your browser sends it.
Why and how long
We use these logs to block abuse and automated attacks, fix errors and see which calculators are useful. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Logs are deleted automatically after 60 days. We do not sell this data and do not use it to identify you.
Cookies
Fee Math itself does not set cookies for visitors. Third-party services described below, such as advertising and analytics, may set cookies or use similar technologies when they are enabled on the site. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before they are used.
Advertising
Fee Math may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics or a similar service to measure aggregate traffic, such as how many people visit a page and which country they come from. These services may use cookies. See Google’s privacy policy.
Service providers
- Hosting and network: Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the site. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Fonts: Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font file is loaded. Google privacy policy.
- Advertising and analytics providers as described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, write to contact@fee-math.com. Because we keep only technical logs, we may need the IP address and approximate time of your visit to find the related records.
Children
Fee Math is intended for adults running a business and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, for example when we enable a new service, we will update this page and the date below.
